  4. Merchant does a minimum of 15 transactions per month
  5. Principle owner out of Bankruptcy for at least 1 year
  6. Be in good standing with lease or mortgage
  7. To receive an offer to the merchant we only require that you submit 4 months of Visa/MasterCard Statements (on non seasonal merchants) along with the completed application
  8. If the merchant has an outstanding cash advance with another cash advance provider, please indicate this on the initial application. If possible, provide information on the estimated balance, retrieval % and current factor that the merchant is paying
  9. Clear Copy of Voided Check
